Many job seekers sound
LESS capable than they really are.
They absolutely can do the job. But their resume and interviews don’t show it.
And the sea of online advice often makes it worse.

My Journey
Before founding this company, I spent 15 years hiring for Fortune 500 companies (5 years in China, then 10 years at global headquarters here in the US).
What I've learned as an immigrant, job seeker, recruiting leader:
For outsiders like us, a job search is really a search for belonging. It's about finding our spot in this country – a place where we fit. And it takes a lot of trying. A lot of patience.
Hiring is one human rating another. It's complicated. It's biased. What I found fascinating is that what you say and how you say it can actually influence those decisions.
Since 2020, I've taught 1,700+ how to speak about themselves better on resumes, in networking, and at interviews, including 100+ through Upwardly Global, the world's leading organization for immigrant employment. More on this here.
Watching them get better jobs faster made me believe these methods could help even more people.
You have what it takes. If you need help saying it, here I am.
